- 9" x 14" piece of fabric
- 12" piece of 1/4" or 1/8" wide elastic, cut 2
- Pins or Clover Wonder Clips
- Iron
- Sewing machine
- Matching thread
- Rotary cutter
- Cutting ruler
- Cutting mat
