Learn How to Make Two Witch Hat Buntings - DIY Halloween Fabric Garland Sewing Project

For these projects you will need:

• Cotton fabric
• Cotton batting
• Iron and ironing board
• Scissors and pinking shears
• Fabric clips or pins
• Rotary cutter
• Cutting ruler
• Cutting mat
• Sewing machine
• Matching thread
