In today's tutorial, we will learn how to make a set of quilted star coasters using fabric scraps. This project is a quick and easy way to protect your tabletop and decorate for the 4th of July and summer.
For this project you will need:
- fabric strips
- backing fabric
- cotton batting
- optional: glue stick
- optional: walking foot
- fabric clips or pins
- scissors or rotary cutter, cutting ruler, and cutting mat
- iron and ironing board
- sewing machine and matching thread
- optional marking pencil
- printable template from the pattern
