In today's tutorial we will learn how to make a quilted daisy potholder. This project is a great way to use up your scraps and strips and to decorate your kitchen for summer!
For this project you will need:
- fabric for sunflower
- fabric for center
- front fabric
- backing fabric
- fabric for optional hanging loop
- cotton batting
- Insul-Bright
- a paper-backed fusible web like HeatNBond
- fabric clips or pins
- scissors or rotary cutter, cutting ruler, and cutting mat
- iron and ironing board
- sewing machine and matching thread
- walking foot
- pencil
- optional: basting spray, stabilizer
- printable template from the pattern
