In today's tutorial, we are starting our Christmas in July special with this quilted snowman potholder. Use up fabric scraps and strips to decorate your kitchen for Christmas, and also use this potholder to protect your countertops and tabletops!
For this project you will need:
- fabric strips
- backing fabric
- fabric for snowman
- cotton batting
- Insul-Bright
- paper-backed fusible web like HeatNBond
- fabric clips or pins
- scissors or rotary cutter, cutting ruler, and cutting mat
- iron and ironing board
- sewing machine and matching thread
- walking foot
- fabric for optional hanging loop
- optional: basting spray
- printable template from the pattern
